The AAT3200 PowerLinear OmniPower lowdropout (LDO) linear regulator is ideal for systems
where a low-cost solution is required. This devicefeatures extremely low quiescent current, typically20μA. Dropout voltage is also very low, typically200mV. The AAT3200 has output short-circuit andover-current protection. In addition, the device hasan over-temperature protection circuit which willshut down the LDO regulator during extendedover-current events.
