高效率大容量锂离子电池化成设备研究

针对目前电池化成过程的技术现状及大量的能源浪费问题,提出了一种新型的高效单体锂离子电池化成系统,介绍了系统整体结构和工作原理,阐述了各组成部分设计和分析。系统除原有的化成功能外,还增加了整个过程的能量计量功能。设备的使用便于形成一套新型智能的化成工艺流程,实现电池化成过程的高效、节能。
Abstract: Owing to the present technical level and energy wasting of battery formation, a novel high-efficiency formation system was presented for high-capacity Li-ion battery. The overall structure and operation principal were introduced and all the components were designed and analyzed. Besides traditional functions, energy measurement was designed and realized in the system. Its practical use will be beneficial to found a novel and intelligent formation program and achieve high efficiency and less energy wasting for the process.
