钇稳定ZrO2 界限电流型微氧氧传感器的设计
从理论和实验角度对钇稳定ZrO2 界限电流型微氧氧传感器的量程与结构设计的关系进行了分析研究结果显示被测环境氧摩尔浓度应小于5% 被测环境氧浓度与氧传感器输出极限电流的数值基本成线性关系通过5000~50 000 ×10–6 500~20 000 ×10–6 100~10 000 ×10–6 50~1 000 ×10–6 四档测量范围的划分以及S / L比的合理设计可以实现钇稳定ZrO2 界限电流型微氧氧传感器对低氧浓度的准确测量.
The manufacture of the limiting current oxygen sensor of yttria-stabilized zirconia electrolyte in low oxygen concentration was studied from theory and experiment. The results of theory analyses show that the linearity for the saturated output current of oxygen sensor vs the measured oxygen concentration can be gotten below 5% oxygen concentration. By
dividing the oxygen concentration mole measure rang and designing ration of S/L, it can be realized to exact measure in low oxygen concentration using the limiting current oxygen sensor of yttria-stabilized zirconia electrolyte.
