Chapter 1: Analog Parts Library
The Analog Parts Library consists of nonlinear models representing 4,186devices
supplied for use in linear and nonlinear simulations up to 10MHz. Developed using
standard SPICE models, the Analog Parts Library is well suited for use in
lower-frequency RF and IC design applications. The devices include diodes, low and
medium power BJTs and JFETs, as well as power MOSFETs from many popular
vendors. At higher frequencies where model accurate is more critical, the use of HP
EEsof’s measurement-based BJT, MOSFET, or MESFET models and libraries or
measured device data is recommended.
