随着FPGA设计复杂度的增加,传统测试方法受到限制。在高速集成FPGA测试中，其内部信号的实时获取和分析比较困难。介绍了Quartus II中SingalTap II嵌入式逻辑分析器的使用，并给出一个具体的设计实例，详细介绍使用SignalTap II对FPGA调试的具体方法和步骤。实验结果表明，应用SignalTap II对FPGA进行测试，操作方便，实时性较高。

- With the FPGA design complications increase,the traditional test method is limited.In the testing and design process of high integration rate FPGA,the capture and analysis of internal signals in FPGA is important.It is introduced the usage of the SingalTap II embedded logic analysis in the Quartus II,giving an example with concrete design, the detailed introduction of the usage of SignalTap II to the concrete method and steps of the FPGA.The result of the experiment shows that the test of FPGA by application of SignalTap II features convenient operation and high real-time performance.
