Abstract:
 This paper introduces the design of vehicle weigh-in-motion instrument based on embedded RTOS51（Real Time Operating System）,including software and hardware design.The paper presents the hardware constitution and operation principle and the software design with Small RTOS51,including task assignment,usage of semaphore and driver design.The design can advance the real-time capability of the system,and acquire well effect in the use of practicality.
