Abstract:
 The model of Laplacian edge detection algorithm,the edge detection workflow and the principle of distributed arithmetic are introduced，and the implementation of Laplacian image edge detectior with FPGA is specified,which includes system architectures,main modules design and simulation results.The detector is adopted streamline data input technique and high-speed distributed convolution arithmetic，with good real-time performance.If the system clock is100MHz,the detector only takes0.01s to handle a1024×1024’s image.
