基于电力线载波技术的输液远程监测系统

基于电力线载波技术的输液远程监测系统是由单片机、红外线检测电路和步进电机组成的,并以SC1128 扩频通信芯片为基础,辅以外围电路设计的,实现对输液液位和输液速度的实时监测及控制输液速度。输液监测系统中输液的液位和速度通过红外检测得到实时的数据,经过调制电路耦合到电力线上传送至接收端,数据经解调传给上位机,由上位机发出控制指令使步进电机动作以实现对输液速度的控制。该系统具有自动报警及同时监测多个输液对象的功能。

Abstract: The remote monitoring system of infusion based on power line carrier technology made of microcontroller, infrared detection circuit and stepper motor control circuit, based on SC1128 spread-spectrum communications chip auxiliary by external circuit, The job of infusion monitoring system is monitoring the liquid level, infusion rate and control the rate of infusion. In this infusion monitoring system, real-time data of the liquid level and infusion rate can be detect by the infrared detection, and this real-time data will be coupled to the power
line and send to the receive, then the demodulate circuit transmitting the data to PC, stepper motor moves as so tocontrol the infusion rate by PC instructions. The system can monitoring the multiple infusion objects and has anautomatic alarm function.
