设计了一个具有语音识别功能的遥控小车。采用16 位凌阳单片机SPCE061A 和红外发
射芯片TX-2B 构成遥控电路。由SPCE061A 实现语音的采集、识别；红外发射/接收芯片
TX-2B/RX-2B 实现对小车的遥控。详细阐述了语音辨识的过程。实践表明，遥控小车能实时的根据语音命令完成相应的动作。

Abstract: An infrared remote control car based on speech recognition is designed in this paper. Sunplus 16-bit microprocessor SPCE061A is the control core of the system to do speech recognition, combined with infrared emitting circuit to form a remote control circuit. The infrared control chip TX-2B/RX-2B is used to implement remote control. The process of speech recognition is described in detail .It has been practically proved that the infrared control car can do corresponding action by trained speech command.
