Abstract: This paper describes a electronic soap film flow meter whose design based on the
STC89C58RD+ MCU, and Infrared sensor technology. Elaborate on its working principles, the
choice of the device and the developed method. And use the atmospheric pressure, temperature sensors and microprocessors that combine computing to correct the test result, in order to guarantee the accuracy of measurement.
