本文介绍了PDA（个人数字助理）的特点，介绍了基于HL7 设计的PDA 方案，以及此
种PDA 在HIS(医院信息系统)中应用方案的系统结构图，系统网络图，系统业务流程设计,系统方案推广的配套资料。经过试点，证明此方案切实可行，可以明显提高HIS 系统的运行效率。

Abstract:This paper introduces the characteristic of Personal Digital Assistant, and the design project of PDA which base on the HL7, the structure picture of this PDA about the use scheme of this PDA in HIS , the network picture of this project; the design of operation flow. the information of popularizing this project . After testing, it shows that this project is feasible, the efficiency of HIS is improved heavely.
