铜材连续挤压生产设备的监测、控制系统研制

铜材连续挤压生产线控制采用计算机监控系统，以工控机作为上位机对PLC 及整套生产设备线的状态进行监控，以INTOUCH 软件作为用户可以定制功能的软件平台，开发出良好的人机界面、监控画面以及数据存储、等功能。PLC 作为下位机通过通信线缆与上位计算机相连，执行上位机指令，通过梯形图编程完成逻辑控制、顺序控制及实时控制等功能。铜材挤压生产设备结合现代电子技术和计算机构成的控制系统，实现模糊控制，全线自动，其性能稳定可靠、操作简单，完全满足生产工艺的要求。

ABSTRACT: An integrate method of controlling the copper Continuous Extrusion production line which use Computer is introduced . This system can provide the user with the dynamic display of production line’s and the Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC )’s state messages or the output of the report forms, which uses Graphic Operation Terminal as the upper computer and uses the software as the users’ customization operation flat in which the line’s real time control and the state display is performed . As the reliability and stability of the PLC, it is connected to computer with RS-422 and is used to acquire data, execute the upper computer’s
commands, perform the logic control and the real time control. Continuous Extrusion production line’s automatic
supervisory control system ,with modern electron technology and computer ,is developed .It’s performance is
reliable and it’s operating is easily and it’s work is not fault with continue long time .
