油气水多相流在线测量技术的研究和现场应用

介绍了一种新型的油气水多相流在线测量技术, 它综合利用多相流流型调整、互相关流量测量、双能伽马相分率测量、多相流模拟计算、计算机控制和通讯技术等多种现代检测和控制技术, 以进行多相流在线检测; 在流型适应性、测量范围和测量精度等方面的性能有重大改进; 利用该技术研制的在线测量装置已通过了国内外权威机构在实验室和工业现场的测试和检定, 主要性能指标均达到或超过了国外同类产品的水平, 且已在油田现场应用多台。

Abstract Th is paper int roduces a new in2line technique fo r metering the mult iphase flow of o ilöw aterög as. It in2 tegratedly ut ilizes the state2of2art measuring and cont ro l techniques of mult iphase flow condit ioning, cro ss co rre2 lat ion flow measuring, dual gamma fract ion measuring,mult iphase flow analog computat ion, computer cont ro l and
communicat ion technique etc. to meter in2line the mult iphase flow. It has great ly imp roved on the adap tability of flow regimes,measuring range and measuring accuracy etc. Based on these techniques the mult iphase metering p roduct s have been successfully tested and evaluated by the domest ic and overseas autho ritat ive o rganizat ions. The main specificat ions have come up to and surpassed the levels of the same type p roduct smanufactured by fo r2 eign companies.
