采用高温固相反应法制备了Na 超离子导体(NASICON) 的固体电解质材料,用IR 技术分析了不同合成温度下制备的NASICON 材料的基本性质。用所制得的NASICON 材料制作了具有较高灵敏度和选择性的CO2 气体传感器。 关键词: Na 超离子导体; 二氧化碳传感器; 灵敏度; 选择性; 红外辐射 Abstract : NASICON(Na + super - ionic conductor) was prepared by advanced sintering method. The basic prop2 erties of NASICON materials prepared at different temperature was analyzed by means of IR technology. The high sensitive and selective CO2 sensors were fabricated with prepared NASICON material.
