Abstract : The principle and the devising technology for a multiple2channel optical fiber vibration sensor is de2 scribed. A cantilever is used to block the light reflected into optical fiber ,and the vibration signal can be measured though the intensity modulation. The sensor head needs only one optical fiber ,and it is compact and esily built . The designing and manufacturing methods are also introduced.
