近年来在FeCoSiB 等非晶和纳米晶丝带中发现了巨磁阻抗效应,由于其灵敏度高,因而 在磁传感器技术中有巨大的应用前景,受到国内外专家的广泛关注1 本文简单介绍了巨磁阻抗效应的原理,并结合近年来具有巨磁阻抗效应的非晶和纳米晶铁磁合金的应用研究进展情况,提出了巨磁阻抗效应可能广泛应用的领域1 关键词:非晶;纳米晶;铁磁合金;巨磁阻抗效应 Abstract : Giant magneto2impedance effect s have been discovered in FeCoSiB amorphous and nanocrystalline wires. These effect s have giant sensitivity. Close attention has paid to it by schol2 ars in lot s of count ries , since their great promising prospect s in the application of sensor technolo2 gy. In this article , the sources of giant magneto - impendance effect s are int roduced briefly. And research development s of the effect s and their applications in amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy in recent years are summaried. The future applications are also described.
