基于PL 的空气预热器漏风控制系统的设计

叙述了大型火电机组空气预热器的漏风问题，重点分析了其产生的原因，提出了一种利用模糊控制器来实现漏风控制的新方法，并设计了一个基于PLC 的间隙控制系统。 实际应用表明该系统性能可靠，能够有效的降低空气预热器的漏风，为机组的安全满负荷运行提供了有力的保证。

Abstract: This paper investigates the issue on the leakage of air preheaters. The reasons of leakage in preheaters are analyzed. A new approach based on a fuzzy controller is put forward to resolute the preheaters leakage. A set of aperture control system which based on PLC is introduced. The results of practical experience using the proved method show its validity, and the air leakage can bereduced. The normal running of boiler is guaranteed.
