通过分析感应加热中的“集肤”效应、“电磁尾端”效应和坯料的表面能量损失, 探讨了坯料温度分布不均匀的主要原因; 利用分析软件AN SYS 和实验手段模拟二次加热模式, 并以电动势传感器为例介绍二次加热的控制模型, 获得较理想的加热曲线。 关键词: 电动势传感器; 加热模式; 控制模型; 电磁尾端效应 Abstract: Based on further analysis of the sk in effect, the elect romagnet ic end effect and them issing energy of billet surface during induct ive heat ing, the p rincipal reasons of bad temperature dist ribut ion along the specimen are discussed. Then the model of reheat ing is simulated by the use of FEM code AN SYS and experiments.
