Abstracts：The analyses of complicated control systems, which is essence, that researching
dynamic performance and giving comprehensive appraisal of the system. This paper proposes a ind of the frame structure theory of solving the control problem of complicated control system on he basis of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) and the new future thinks of intelligent control. hrough analyzing that shows the frame structure theory of a new generation's complicated ontrol system has very great superiority in solving a great deal of control problems of the omplicated control system.
