介绍了一种为满足安全生产而设计的具有自动防护功能的多功能燃烧器控制系统及其
应用。文中阐述了该燃烧系统的组成和详细配置,介绍了实现的功能、方法。系统采用PLC作为控制核心,以人机界面作为监视和控制中心,实现燃烧过程、安全检测和危险防范的自动化,避免了人工操作方式的弊端。由PLC 自带的PID 模块,变频器,燃料控制阀组和在线监测传感器组成的闭环控制系统,在保证安全的前提下,可实现燃油、燃气及混合燃烧的精确控制。

Abstract: Design and application of a multifunctional automatic burning system with automatic protection function for safety production are introduced. Constitution and configuration of the burning system are described .Its functions, method and subroutine are presented. Avoiding the defects of manual mode, PLC as the core of control system and a man-machine interface as surveillance and control center carry out combustion process, security detection and automation of prevention of dangerous. Closed-loop control systems composed of PID, Frequency Converter, fuel control valve block and online monitoring sensor, can accurately control fuel burning, gas burning and mixed burning which are composed of oil and gas.
