在研发的玻璃纤维机械炉温控制系统中,本文使用VB6.0 的MSComm 控件来实现 PC 机与单片机之间的串行通信,并将模糊控制和常规PID 控制相结合,实现了PID 参数的在线自调整,提高了系统的控制精度。此外,用Fuzzy Logic Toolbox 和 SIMULINK 实现了对该控制系统的仿真。 关键词: 玻璃纤维机械; VB; 串行通信; 模糊PID 控制 Abstract: This paper states the principle and method of serial communication between personal computer and single chip microcomputer using MSComm communication control in VB6.0 in fiberglass mechanical temperature control system. It makes the parameters self-adaptation of PID controller possible by using of combined Fuzzy Logic Controller and PID, and the properties of PID controller have been perfected and the precision of controller system has been improved. Besides, the combination of Fuzzy Logic Toolbox and SIMULINK are used to realize the simulation of this controller. Key words: Fiberglass machine; VB; Serial communication; Fuzzy PID control
