介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的多轴步进电机控制系统。硬件采用基于PC 的NIPCI7354 运动控制卡产生脉冲和方向信号、NIPCI7604 对信号驱动放大;软件采用LABVIEW 7 图形化编程软件设计操作界面和控制程序,通过调用控制卡中的运动函数库,可以动态改变脉冲频率和方向信号,控制电机的转速和转向,从而实现了在开环控制状态下同时对不同轴步进电机的控制。既提高了实时性和快速性,又方便实用。 关键词:虚拟仪器;运动控制;步进电机; Abstract:This paper introduced a kind of Multi –Axis Stepper Motor control system based on Virtual Instrument .The system controls speed and direction of Stepper motor ,through generating signal of pulse and direction by motion controlling card based on PC of NIPCI7354 and driving signal by NIPCI7604 ;operating screen program and controlling program designed by using Graphed program language of LabVIEW 7, through calling motion function library in motion controlling card , then performed controls of Stepper Motor of different-axis,s in open loop.
