针对热工过程中的存在的滞后环节,本文提出一种结合模糊和PID 的前馈——反馈 预估控制方法,该前馈预估补偿与系统的纯滞后时间无关,特别适合于因为缺少滞后时间信息导致的无法运用大林算法和smith 预估器的情况。实验结果表明该控制方法能有效抑制滞后的不利影响,具有一定的鲁棒性和较高的控制精度。 关键词:滞后;前馈补偿;预估控制;复合控制 Abstract: As for the delay widely exists in most thermal systems,this paper presents a new method, which applies the theory of feedforward-feedback predictive controller with fuzzy and PID. The method has nothing to do with the time delay and especially fit in the situation in witch Dalin algorithm and Smith prediction control can’t be used because of lack of information of time delay. Experiment results show that the method can effectively restrain the adverse influence from delay, and has a certain robusticity and high precision.
