轮胎智能监测系统的研究

研究了汽车轮胎的智能监测系统,并介绍了一种实现轮胎温度压力直接监测系统的方
法。对于整个系统的硬件组成及软件设计做了细致的阐述。提出了一种基于Microchip公司的PIC单片机的轮胎智能监测模块的设计方案,以及基于PTR2000无线收发模块的无线通讯方案。该系统可随时测定每个轮胎内部的实际温度和瞬压,可有效避免爆胎事故的发生。

Abstract The smart tire monitoring system has been discussed in this paper. A method
of designing a direct tire temperature and pressure monitoring system has been
introduced. The hardware constitution and software design are discussed in detail.
The design concept of the smart tire monitor module based on Microchip’s PIC MCU
and the wireless communication proposal based on PTR2000 are brought forward. This
system can monitor the real-time temperature and pressure of every tire, and the
tire exploding can be well avoid.
