对中厚板无约束淬火机的计算机过程控制系统中的辊道控制的构成及实施方法进行了介
绍,通过自校正神经网络算法对PID 参数进行优化,并对系统的性能进行了分析,淬火机辊道控制系统经过实际运行,不但提高了产品的性能指标,而且由于使用了智能化控制手段,增加稳定性,使生产效率大大提高,减轻了工人的劳动强度。

Abstract: The paper mentions the computer process control system composition and utilizing
of unconstrained quenching machine for medium steel plate, and mainly introduces the methods of roller control. By using the BP algorithm of self-adjusting artificial neural network, the paper optimizes the PID parameter, and analyzes the performance of the control system. The quenching control system has been running normally and stably. By introducing the intelligent control methods, not only is the products’ performance improved, but also the yield and stability increases, and the intensity of labor is reduced.
