CHAPTER 3 Operation Mode The system has the operation modes shown below. （1） Operation mode Return-to-home mode This mode is to return the system to its mechanical home. Setup operation mode This mode is to perform the following： product switching， mask replacement／cleaning， and light energy setting. Automatic operation mode This mode is to perform a series of operations from PCB loading to PCB exposure and then to PCB unloading automatically. （2） Manual operation mode This mode is to operate the actuators individually. （3） Control mode This mode is to control the operating conditions of the system and the hour meter. （4） Program mode This mode is to make setting for setup／automatic operation. （5） Recipe reading mode This mode is to read the parameters （settings） for PCB production from an PLC. （6） Air conditioner Monitor （Chiller unit monitor （option）） This is the switch to operate／ the air conditioner and chiller unit controller installed separately
