The A201 is a current-mode PWM controller specially designed for Boost driver of a LED lighting or LED backlight unit. The driving capability is flexible due to external power switch and power diode. A201 features a trimmed oscillator for precise duty cycle control, a
temperature compensated reference, high gain error amplifier, current sensing comparator, and high current driver which is suitable for driving MOSFETs.
