 SA9903B是SAMES公司推出的一款单相功率/电能测量集成电路。介绍了SA9903B的结构、特点及SPI接口时序，并结合单片机STC12C5410的A/D控制，实现了有功电能、无功电能、电压和频率等多种电参数的测量、显示及远程通信。
Abstract:
 SA9903B is a new kind of one phase power/energy measurement IC that is designed by SAMES Inc.In the paper，the structure,feature and SPI interface timing of SA9903B are introduced,and the system based on STC12C5410 is designed. The system not only can measure the active energy,reactive energy,voltage and frequency, but also can display and remote them.
