传统最优多用户检测技术的计算量随用户数的增加而呈指数上升,小波变换技术的引入降低了计算的复杂度,但性能有限。提出并行遗传算法和小波变换混合多用户检测器,将小波检测器的输出作为遗传算法的初始可能解,降低了小波检测的误码率,提高了遗传算法的收敛速度。仿真结果表明,与线性检测器相比,提出的检测器显著改进了算法的复杂度和收敛速度,而且检测性能接近最优。
- Abstract:
- The complexity of the tradionial optimal multiuser detector increases exponentially with the number of the users.The wavelet transform decreases the complexity of the algorithm, but its performance is limited. A hybrid multiuser detector based on parallel genetic algorithm (PGA) and wavelet transform(WT) is proposed in this paper. The outputs of WT detector are used as the initial options of GA.The BER of WT is reduced,then convergence rate of GA becomes fast.The performance in computation complexity and convergence rate are improved significantly.The computer simulation results show that the obtained performance can approach the optimal multiuser detector.
