Abstract A visible control system of winding machinef or extra fine wire material is designed.In this equioment,a roatarye ncoderis us edto detect velocity of princi axle, the step motor is controled PLC which detects the signal of sensor. Certain amount of pulses from the encoder is supposed as a timing unit, the folowing frequency of step motor changes timely. The wire frame is driven to move back and firth in certain speed rate. The
problem of noise existing in equipment is solved. The machine interface is equipped with touch ，al the control parameters at aglance，very clear.
