基于应力应变理论的同步传动机构设计

 为提高同步传动机构运行的准确性、稳定性及可靠性,依据应力应变理论,设计一种新型位置检测装置来检测传动机构的运行状况,并由此来对其运行状况进行调整。这一装置,可将该机构在传动过程中,因不同步而产生的偏载应力转换为电信号,然后送入单片微型计算机中进行处理并实时进行自动校正,可使负载传动方向偏载量不超过0.5 mm,从而实现同步传动机构的准确、稳定与可靠运行。

Abstract:
 To improve the accuracy, stability and reliability of the simultaneously driving mechanism, according to the stress strain theory, the paper designed a kind of new position detector to examine the movement condition of the transmission system, and adjusted its operating conditions. The installment, because they did not sync, produced the partial load stress converted to electrical signal in the transmission process, then sent to the monolithic microcomputer to processing and real-time automatic correction which could make the load transmission direction leaning load capacity does not surpass 0.5mm, to achieve accurate, stable and reliable operation of the simultaneously driving mechanism.
