本文的研究工作,是在大型耐火材料隧道窑炉上具体完成的。论述了本隧道窑系统实 现自校正控制的可能性,针对本系统对最小方差自校正和经典PID 控制进行了对比仿真研究,得出了在本控制系统上最小方差自校正控制确实优于经典PID 控制的结论。最后,在隧道窑炉上具体实现了最小方差自校正控制并取得了满意的控制效果。 关键词: 隧道窑炉;仿真;自校正装置; =Study and Realization of the Self-tunning Control Methods in Tunnel Kiln WANG YAN1 REN WEI2 (E-mail: w_wyan@163.com) (1.The Department Of Information Engineering, Tangshan Vocational Technical University Tangshan Hebei 063000;2. In this paper we are discussed probability of to achieve the self-tunning control on this tunnel kiln control system. The control methods of the least-squares self-tunning and classics PID are simulated on this control system and given the conclusion that the least-squares self-tunning control method xcels the classics PID.
