Northeastern University, Liaoning Shenyang, 110004) Abstract: This paper have expatiated the systematic design of motion controller bases on PCI which uses multi-MCUs and DSP as the core processors, mainly including the hardware design. It introduces several module function circuit of the mobile control and interface chips, including the DSP and PCI communication circuit, the accessory circuit of the DSP, JTAG test interface circuit, power circuit, clock circuit and the memory extension circuit.
