本文讨论了连续式轧钢加热炉生产过程中,拉钢速率对炉温的影响;提出了在出炉钢
温满足工艺要求的条件下,结合轧制节奏与出炉钢坯表面温度来对炉温进行控制、修正的方法。实践表明此控制方法的实施,对于加热炉节能降耗、提高成材率效果显著。

Abstract: This paper discusses the influence of the drawing rate of steel billet for the temperature of furnace during continuum heating steel furnace works, It brings forward the method combining the drawing rate of steel billet with surface temperature of steel billet to control and amend the temperature of furnace. The result of realize the control method is well effect on saving energy and reduce consume and improve the efficiency of growing into useful product.
