本文分析了一种三角波扫频干涉仪的工作原理，并依据其原理设计了一种微波扫频源干涉仪诊断系统来测量等离子体的电子密度。讨论了这种微波扫频源干涉仪诊断系统及信号处理依据和方法，并分析了其误差，给出了实验结果。

Abstract：This paper presents principle of a triangle swept interferometer. According as the
principle, a new microwave swept interferometer is finished developing. It is used to diagnose
electron density of the plasma. The results is reliable.
