利用微波测量中药丸料湿度实验研究

介绍利用波长为3 cm 的微波技术对中药丸料湿度的测量,主要有微带式微波固态信号源,微带式测湿传感器,选频放大器,微波透射衰减量与中药丸料湿度的线性关系等。通过实验结果表明,由于中药丸料密度一致性非常好,因此,只需单一测量微波功率衰减量,便可实现对药料的湿度测量,对于中药生产业具有一定的实际应用意义。

Abstract : The measurement of humidity of material for Chinese pill utilizing microwave technology with three2 centimeter wavelength is introduced. It includes microstrip microware solid2state singed source ,microstrip humid2 ity sensor ,frequency2selection amplifier and the linear relationship of microware transmission damping capacity and the moisture MC of Chinese pill material etc. According to the experimental result ,because the density2con2
formability of material for Chinese pill is very well ,nothing remains but to measure microwave power damping capacity ,measuring the humidity of material for Chinese pill can be realized ,and it has certain practical applica2 tion meaning to Chinese medical production industry.
