Abstract:As the latest version of visual Basic which Microsoft Corporation published,Visual Basic.Net has strong function in image processing. Visual Basic programing technique which based on digital image processing has been introduced in this paper to measure metallography microstructure image ,many parameters of graphite shape and particle size has been auto-measured quantitatively.
