针对“PC+运动控制器”的开放式数控系统，分析了开放式数控系统硬件平台设计总体方案，具体完成了PC 微机、6020 控制卡、驱动器和步进电机的连接设计，测试了接线设计的正确性，建立了基于运动控制器的开放式数控系统硬件平台。

Abstract: Being aimed at one type of open CNC system which is ‘PC + motion controller’, a
design case of hardware platform of open CNC system is analyzed, and a detailed connecting design is achieved by using PC computer, 6020 controller card, driver and step motor. The design is right by testing. By the method the hardware platform is built.
