XML在可扩展CRM系统中的应用

 为了实现可扩展的CRM系统,解决CRM从一个系统迁移到另一个系统往往要对关系数据库重新设计的问题,本文提出了在关系数据库基础上引入XML实现可扩展的客户关系管理系统的方案。该方案的提出基于关系数据库和XML并实现对客户属性管理的可扩展模型,形成可扩展的CRM系统信息交互的核心模型,详细描述了XML在其中的应用。此外,还介绍该系统的实例应用,阐述了此系统的应用价值。
Abstract:
 In order to achieve scalable CRM system, to get the solution that CRM which migrated from one system to another system often needed to re-design the relational database, this paper put forward the introduction of relational database based on XML to achieve a scalable customer relationship management system programs. The program was proposed based on relational databases and XML, and achieved that the client’s property management model could be extended to form a scalable CRM system, the core model of information exchange, and descriptied the application of XML in details. In addition, examples of applications of the system was introduced to explain the value of this system.
