AD7746是由美国ADI公司最新推出的一款24位电容式带有片上温度传感器的数字转换器（CDC）。 AD7746具有较高的分辨率、准确度和线性度等内在特性。AD7746采用了ADI CDC专业的高精Σ-Δ技术，具有5 AF/Hz的低噪性能以及不大于1 mA的低功耗。AD7746应用广泛，适合于工业、汽车以及消费类、检测应用等。主要介绍其工作原理及其基于单片机的设计应用。
- Abstract:
- AD7746 is a kind of 24-bit capacitance CDC, with interior temperature sensor, which is produced by Analog Devices, Inc. recently. The device has good revolution, accuracy, linearity and some other intrinsic properties. AD7746 utilizes Σ-Δ technique in the area of ADI CDC and it has low noise property of 5AF/Hz and low power consumption of not more than 1mA.AD7746 can be applied in many ways, especially in industries, automobiles and some kinds of consumption, detection applies. The operating principle of AD7746 and its designing applies based on 51 SCM are introduced.
