为了有效支持用电管理决策及负荷预测,在分析用电管理及智能辅助决策支持技术发展现状的基础上,提出了一种基于自动回归树(ART)算法的电力负荷预测方法。利用该预测方法对电力远程自动抄表系统所采集的历史数据进行了处理分析。针对实际系统应用,验证了该方法适用于短期负荷预测,也适用于对未来电力负荷的准确快速预测。因此它是一种行之有效的方法。

- In order to support decision-making and load forecasting,a method of electric power load forecasting based on ART algorithm is presented in this paper,analyzing the current status of power consumption management and intelligent aided decision support technology.This forecasting method is used to analyze these historic data which is sampled by the electric power long distance automatic meter system.Aiming at the practice system application,it is proved that this method is suitable to short-term load forecasting,and can accurately and quickly forecast power consumption.So it is an efficient method.
