紫外火焰探测器响应时间测试系统的研究

采用AVR系列ATmega8单片机设计并研制了紫外火焰探测器响应时间测试系统,介绍了该系统的结构和工作原理,论述了系统中高能自动点火装置与时间测试仪的同步特性,研究并测试了不同型号火焰探测器的响应时间。样机运行的测试结果表明:该响应时间测试系统的设计是成功的,消除了现行火焰探测器响应时间测试方法中存在的点火与计时不同步而引起的测量误差.

The AVR series mega8 singlechip is used to develop the response time test system of ultraviolet fire detector. This paper presents the components and working principle of the system, and emphasizes the synchronization characteristics of the auto ignition equipment and response time test meter of the system. The response time of different ultraviolet fire detectors was tested by the system. The results show that the design of the response time test system of fire detector is feasible and it avoids the measuring error caused by the asynchronous operation in traditional response time test method.
