高速列车轨道梁建设中的检测技术

轨道梁检测是高速列车安全运行的重要保证。轨道梁检测要求检测频率达200~1000HZ,同时要求所有32 路通道同步采集数据,并且要达到16 位的A/D 转换精度。通过对系统参数的分析,使用单张32通道单A/D 数据采集卡进行伪同步数据采集,即使在1000HZ 的采集频率下其一个周期的采集范围也不超过激光探头的光斑直径。这样就不必采用昂贵的同步设备,从而大大节约了数据采集系统的费用。

INSPECTION TECHNIQUE IN HIGH SPEED GUIDE WAY CONSTRUCTION Zhou Zhengmao (Shanghai Tonghao Civil Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd, Shanghai 200093, China) Abstract: Guideway inspection is very important to keep safe in the running of high speed train. Special
requirement in high speed guide way inspection including inspection frequency up to 200~1000HZ, synchronization in 32 channels and 16 bits A/D conversion are considered in this paper. After system parameter analysis, we found it's possible to limit acquisition range not exceeding light spot of laser sensor by psudo-synchronous data acquisition with a single A/D converter, 32-channel card, even under acquisition frequency of 1000HZ. Thus, expensive synchronous equipment is not necessary and large expense is saved.
