反射式光纤传感器在高清晰度CPT 荫罩振动测试中的应用

文中研究了反射式光纤传感器在高清晰度CPT 荫罩振动测试中的应用,系统采用反射式光纤传感器和高速数据采集电路,实现了对测试荫罩位移振动过程的实时、非接触、快速地测量,充分发挥了激光光纤传感测量方法的突出优点。

Abstract :In the paper ,we have investigated the application of reflection type optical fiber sensor in testing vibration of the high definition CPT aperture grille mask.By using reflection optical fiber sensor and high2rate sample circuit , the system realized real time、non2contact and high2rate measurement to vibration of the Aperture grille mask and ex2 ert measurement merits of laser optical sensor.
