集成位置传感器用于混合式步进电动机位置的检测

混合式步进电动机伺服系统转子的位置检测,可以用传统的外配位置传感器或基于理论算法的无位置传感器方案,但是存在许多问题。文章给出了一种新型的集成位置传感器的设计方案和理论依据,实验验证了方案的合理性、正确性,有实际意义。

Abstract :Position detection of rotor in hybrid stepping motor servo system can use traditional outside position sensor or sensorless scheme based on theoretical algorism , but there are many problems produced. This paper gives out a novel integrated position sensor and its design plan and theory reliance ,the effectiveness and accuracy of the scheme and the practical significance of the approach are verified by the testing.
