针对气体渗碳零件质量不稳定问题,使用测氧传感器对渗碳过程进行碳势控制。结果 表明:单参数控制碳势波动大的主要原因是炉气中的CO 含量不恒定。根据渗碳设备、工艺等具体情况,可采用单一渗剂,配制混合渗剂,稀释剂和富化剂按比例同步增减,以及用甲醇作稀释剂,醋酸乙脂作富化剂等4 种处理。 关键词:碳势;测氧传感器;渗碳;氧电势;控制 Abstract :Carbon tendency cont rolled by single2factor method was unstable in theory because the amount of CO was unconstant . According to carburizing devices and technologies of factories , authors solved these problems by using single penet rant ,fixing different penet rant s ,increasing or decreasing the amount s of dilu2 ent s and enrich agent s in proportion and synchronization ,and using alcohol as diluent and acetic ether as en2 rich agent s.
