一种测双向力弹性梁的设计与分析

双向力传感器是将应变计粘贴在弹性梁上,并通过4 个应变计两两对臂组成半桥,以测量两个方向的力。介绍一种测双向力的弹性梁结构,用有限元方法进行分析、模拟,并通过试验验证。用该弹性梁制作的传感器具有灵敏度高、结构简单等特点,它适用于手动操纵部件的测量与控制。

Abstract : The bidirectional force sensor was made by sticking the strain gauge on the elastic beam. The bridge was com2 posed of the bridge with two couples of strain gauge ,to feel the force from two directions. Using the FEA to analyze and simulate ,an elastic beam structure to measure the two directioal force was introduced and validated by experiments. The sensor with the elastic beam has high sensitivity ,simple structure ,and sensor was applying to the measurement and con2 trol of the manual component.
