厚度自动测量系统的研究

在精密制造系统中,批量产品的100 %检测需要自动测量和分选。本论文结合实际生产对厚度尺寸测量的要求,研制了自动测厚仪,实现厚度的自动测量和测量数据的处理,并自动进行合格与不合格品的分选。论文论述了仪器的工作原理、控制电路及软件的工作过程。

Abstract :In the Precision manufacturing system , the 100 % of batch products measurement need auto - measurement and auto - selection. According to the specific requirement of measuring thickness , we invent a thickness auto - measuring instrument which can complete the task of auto - measure and auto - assay. It also can auto - select the eligible and ineligible products. The principle of the instrument and the work of the circuit and software are discussed in this paper.
