针对传感器信号中存在的非线性误差,介绍了硬件补偿和软件补偿两种方法。硬件补偿是基于电压源可变来实现传感器特性的线性化,从而消除了非线性误差;软件补偿是通过函数拟合的办法来有效减小信号中的非线性误差,进而提高传感器的准确度。 关键词: 传感器; 非线性; 补偿 Abstract : Hardware compensation and software compensation methods for nonlinearity in the sensor signal are introduced. Using the variable voltage method in the hardware compensation ,sensor’s characteristic can be lin2 earized to eliminate the nonlinearity errors ;with the function fitting method ,the nonlinearity error can be min2 ished effectively ,so that the sensor accuracy is enhanced.
