基于磁致伸缩效应, 利用微分干涉仪, 设计了一种光纤电流传感顺, 可用于高精度、高灵敏度电流和磁场的测量; 分析了用磁致伸缩效应实现光纤电流传感器的原理, 建立了基于磁致伸缩效应传感头的数学模型, 并通过实验对光纤电流传感器的输入2输出特性、直流偏置特性和精确度等进行了研究。在8~ 200 A 的电流测量范围内, 测量比差约为0. 5 %。 关键词: 磁致伸缩效应; 电流传感器; 微分 Abstract: A fiber2op t ic different iat ing current senso r based on magneto st rict ion effect is designed. The senso r can be used in h igh2sensit ivity, h igh2accuracy measurement fo r elect rical currents and magnet ic field. The p rincip le of the senso r is analyzed, and the theo ret icalmodel is developed and verified th rough experiments. Emp loying the p ropo sed system, the input2output perfo rmances, offset perfo rmances, and accuracy of the senso rw ere experimentally demonst rated, and a rat io erro r of about 0. 5 % w as ach ieved in measured current range from 8 A to 200 A.
